Moviemaking Competition

Theme: “Healing The World”

Rules:

• Must be between 15-25 years old to participate.
• Maximum participant per team: 5 people (outside the actor).
• Duration: 5-20 minutes, including credit title.
• All film genres are accepted.
• The video resolution should be ≥720p.
• The video format should be mp4.
• The language used should be in English and use English subtitles.
• Deadline: April 1st, 2019 at 11:59 p.m.
• Upload your movie to youtube / drive, then send the link to [email protected] with the subject (MMCompetition2019_Name Group)
• Participants are responsible for all copyrights related to production and ownership of all materials in the submitted film.
• The video should not contain any hate speech, explicit content, sexual content, explicit language, racial, religious and cultural sensitive matters.
• The content should be original, and the video haven’t submitted for other competition in the past.
• Films sent are not in the form of institution / company profiles, public service advertisements, movie trailers and video music.
• The T-ACES Committee has the rights to reject and refuse the late-submitted films and disqualify the incomplete film submissions or films submitted with incorrect information.

Scoring Criteria:

• Creativity and Originality (30%)
• Conformity with the theme (25%)
• Sound and Image Quality (20%)
• Editing and Shooting Techniques (25%)
